| Twenty-eight-year-old Natalie Horler is the face of Cascada, and it’s her powerful voice which sets the German Eurodance outfit apart in a genre where artists are often interchangeably anodyne. Part girl-next-door, part Ann Summers catalogue vixen, her image is at once fun and assertive with a charmingly cheeky edge. Third album 'Evacuate the Dancefloor', released earlier this year, has seen Cascada expand their musical range, with some tracks coming much closer in style to the glossy R&B of Lady Gaga than the beat-heavy Eurodance of DDR games and fairground rides. Riding high on the success of the title track and first single, they're soon embarking on a Clubland tour with N-Dubz, Darren Styles and Agnes, which includes a date at the HMV Hammersmith Apollo on 5 December. I caught up with the bubbly Horler on a long-distance phone call to Germany, where she resides, to get the dirt on Cascada's new sound, their upcoming UK tour and her take on London. Hi Natalie. Firstly, I'd like to clarify: are you considered to be Cascada, or are you the image and vocalist of what is, in fact, a group?Natalie Horler: We actually are a group. I work with two producers [Yanou and Manian] and the three of us make up Cascada. They just don't come on tour, that's all; I do the whole live bit and they do all the producing. They've always chosen to stay low-profile where I've always been the face of everything, that's why sometimes there's a misconception. What about the song-writing, is that a collective process?NH: Yes. Although Yanou and Manian do most of that... Yanou is the brains behind it.( EVACUATE THE DANCEFLOOR, I'M INFECTED BY THE SOUND... )MODS: my html was all jacked on my last version of this post. Please post this one? Source | |

| Slipknot Singer Weds In Vegas . (Possible wife?)It was a rockin' affair when the lead singer of Slipknot tied the knot Friday. Corey Taylor married Stephanie Luby at Las Vegas's Palms Hotel, where the wedding party walked down the aisle to Metallica's "For Whom The Bell Tolls." (Should have been "Harvester of Sorrow")The 350 wedding guests who packed the hotel's Pearl Concert Theater – fitting since the wedding quickly turned into a concert – included Sugar Ray's Mark McGrath, as well as Camp Freddy's Dave Navarro and Billy Morrison, who acted as the minister. To no one's surprise, the rockers all took the stage, a source said, and even the groom joined in on three songs. Slipknot, known for its hard rock and the clown-like masks they wear on stage, won a Grammy in 2004 for their single "Before I Forget." SLIPKNOT IS PLEASED | |

| I really think there's something wrong with my brain. when I was at work, I read someone's total reversed
example; $139.59 read as $193.95 and told them that total, they were paying with a check and wrote that down and I had to correct it and she was like "uh, get it right" I've always been terrible at math and anything to do with numbers and this has happened before but I thought nothing of it, I thought it'd go away or something but now, I'm miscounting more and the reversing is happening more frequently.
I have a dermatologist appointment December 10th, I guess I'll have to talk to him about it to see if he can set me up with someone else.

"Extra" superimposed the shirtless host into a "New Moon" promo shot. Check out behind-the-scenes footage of Lopez. Lopez fits right in with Chaske Spencer, Alex Meraz, Kiowa Gordon and Bronson Pelletier. In a sit-down interview with "Extra," Pelletier -- who is nicknamed "Slater Jr." -- joked to Lopez that, "when we were casting this thing I thought I was gonna lose my role out to you." Added Meraz, "You're the missing wolf pack member!" Taylor Lautner says it's "definitely a possibility" that Lopez could join the pack. Stewart was more sure. "You totally could be," she said. | LONDON — There’s a new designer duo in the jewelry world: none other than Brangelina. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are breaking into high-end jewelry design with Asprey via a capsule collection of gold jewelry and silver accessories called The Protector — and inspired by the snake.
The limited edition collection, which was conceived and designed by Pitt and Jolie, has been in the works for more than a year, and will go on sale at Asprey stores in London, New York, Beverly Hills, Tokyo and Dubai later this week, according to Asprey officials.
Prices start at $525 for a silver baby spoon with a curving, serpent-shaped handle, and all net proceeds from sales will go to Education Partnership for Children of Conflict, which was cofounded by Jolie in 2006. The charity raises awareness and funds to educate child victims of war, conflict and natural disasters. ( More, Including Pictures of the Collection )

| In honour of the 10th Birthday of Whatsonstage.com, James Earl Jones and Jeremy Irons are to announce the nominations for the first audience empowered theatre award at Cafe de Paris on December 4th. The timely addition of a new category, 'Theatregoers Choice' to the acclaimed Whatsonstage.com Theatre Awards is welcomed the end of the noughties, giving theatre buffs the opportunity to consider the longer running theatre heavyweights and crowd-pleasers as well as new, memorable productions from the last year.
The nominations party will be a star-studded event attended by a host of Broadway and West End legends including James earl Jones and Jeremy Irons, Sanaa Lathan (Brown Sugar, The Family That Preys) and Phylicia Rashad , who played the legendary Clair Huxtable in The Cosby Show and received a Tony award for her role in A Raisin in the Sun.
After the nomination party on December 4th, the voting commences. Voters will be able to text their choice or vote online. The award ceremony itself will be held on Sunday 14 February 2010 at the West End’s Prince of Wales Theatre in front of a live audience.
35,000 voters took part in last year's poll but that figure should be smashed with the introduction of text voting and the chance to pick a favourite musical from all our old favourites. Check out the nominations at Whatsonstage.com
